A: To order your Qubies on line simply complete the order form below and send payment (including postage) by either direct deposit or cheque.

Q: Miinki Moop exchange/refund policy for Qubies

A: If your Qubies are defective, Miinki Moop Pty Ltd will happily exchange and send a replacement or refund your money.
Please return the products within ten (10) days of purchase in its original packaging, undamaged and please indicate your reason for the return. We will not accept responsibility for postal charges or lost items when returning goods. Please send products to PO Box 1617, Melville South, WA, 6156, Australia or contact Miinki Moop Pty Ltd.

Q: How long do goods take to arrive?

A: For deliveries within Australia, courier charges are based on the number of Qubies purchased and will be delivered within 3 to 7 working days of the order and receipt of payment.
Miinki Moop will take all reasonable steps to deliver your order within the delivery time nominated. However, should delivery delays be experienced due to circumstances beyond our control, such as delays by the courier services, Miinki Moop will not be held accountable.

Q: Qubies are Couriered. What happens if I’m not home to sign?

Qubies are couriered straight to your door! Therefore could you please provide an address where they can be signed for on delivery. If that’s not possible please let us know if it’s okay to leave your Qubies in your letterbox or at your front door in the ‘Your Comments’ field. Note: Strictly delivery only. No pick ups allowed.

Q: Do you ship Qubies internationally?

A: Absolutely! 1 – 4 Qubies will cost AUD$18.30. However if you would like to purchase more Qubies please send us an email with the number and color of the Qubies you would like to purchase and we will find out the cost. Delivery time by Airmail is between 5 – 10 working days of the order and receipt of payment (subject to customs clearance).
Please note that Qubies are Air Mailed internationally and are not tracked therefore Miinki Moop Pty Ltd will not take responsibility for items lost in the mail.

Q: What is Qubies made from?

A: The lid and dividers are made from non stick Silicon and the base is made from Polycarbonate.
