Q: How long do goods take to arrive?
A: For deliveries within Australia, courier charges are based on the number of Qubies purchased and will be delivered within 2 to 4 working days of the order and receipt of payment.
Miinki Moop will take all reasonable steps to deliver your order within the delivery time nominated. However, should delivery delays be experienced due to circumstances beyond our control, such as delays by the courier services, Miinki Moop will not be held accountable.
Q: Do you ship Qubies internationally?
A: Absolutely! 1 – 4 Qubies will cost AUD$18.30. However if you would like to purchase more Qubies please send us an email with the number and color of the Qubies you would like to purchase and we will find out the cost. Delivery time by Airmail is between 5 – 15 working days of the order and receipt of payment (subject to customs clearance).
Please note that Qubies are Air Mailed internationally and are not tracked therefore Miinki Moop Pty Ltd will not take responsibility for items lost in the mail.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 2-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
