Quinoa and kumara
1 cup Quinoa1 golden kumara or sweet potato
Boil Quinoa in 2 cups of water until the husks come off in little spirals.Peel kumara/sweet potato and steam until soft and mushy. Mix together.I suggest adding a tiny bit of rice bran oil or olive oil as this makes the naturally occurring vitamin D & A much more available.
